What is the system requirement for using PHOTOfrenz? |

PHOTOfrenz can be used by any type of computer with access to the Internet and a Java compatible web browser. The PHOTOfrenz Rapid Uploader can be used on Windows and Macintosh platforms. Below are the minimum requirements as well as the best choices for each type of computer.

Mac:
Internet Explorer IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED on the Macintosh Platform.

How long does it take to transfer pictures from my computer to PHOTOfrenz? |
| |
Upload time is dependent on the speed of your Internet connection. The larger the file size, the longer is the transfer time.
Transfer rate is asymmetrical. This means that the download transfer rate from the internet is faster than you can upload to it.
Typically, the estimated upload time for a 2MB photo;
56 kbps - 4 to 6 mins
1.5 Mbps - 15 secs
Please note that there are other factors that can significantly extend your upload time such as ISP (Internet Service Provider) traffic, recipient server traffic, number of server hops etc. |

How can I change my password? |
| |
To change your password, you are required to log into your account. Click on the ‘My Account’ section at the top of the page.
On the ‘My Account’ page, enter your new password in the New Password box and repeat the password in the Confirm Password box.
Click on the SAVE button at the bottom of the page to save your changes. |

What if I forget my password? |

In the home page of PHOTOfrenz, click on the ‘Forget Password?’ on the left of the page just below the login section.
Enter your email address in the box and click SUBMIT button. An email will be sent to you with your new password. To change your password, refer to FAQ 3. |

What type of payment do you accept? |
| |
We accept VISA and MasterCard payment.
Rest assured that we do not save your credit card details in any way. The moment that you have submitted your credit card information to pay your orders, it will be transferred to the credit card institution and processed there. |

How many photos can I upload and store? |
| |
Each subscriber is given 500 MB of storage space to store photos online with PHOTOfrenz. This storage space allows you to store approximately 2000 photos if you use the Fast Upload option of the Rapid Uploader during photo upload. You can create unlimited amount of online albums to organize your photos. |

What type of printing papers do you use for photo printing? |
| |
As your photos are processed and handed by professional photo shops, every effort is put in to ensure that your photos are developed on the best quality paper producing the best quality prints.
Depending on the photo shops that you select to process your photos, your photos will be printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Paper or Kodak Royal Digital Paper. |

How long does it take for my order to be processed? |
| |
Photo Prints
If you choose self-collection, your order will be ready for collection in approximately 1 business day. If you choose mail delivery, your order will be sent to SingPost for standard delivery in approximately 2 business days.
Personalized Gifts
Self-collection is the only available option. Your order will be ready for collection in approximately 5 business days.
Whichever mode of delivery, we will always send you an email to inform you when the order is ready for collection or delivery.
